วันหมดอายุ E-Coupon
1. E-Coupon มีอายุการใช้งานภายในวันที่ 31 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2569
2. หาก E-Coupon หมดอายุ รพ.ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้บริการ และ E-Coupon ไม่สามารถขยายระยะเวลาในการใช้บริการหรือคืนเป็นเงินได้
3. แพ็กเกจราคานี้ สามารถสั่งซื้อได้ถึง 14 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 เท่านั้น
หมายเหตุ
1. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าประสงค์จะยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อด้วยเหตุผลที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงพยาบาลหรือเหตุผลทางการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกสินค้า

1. Service is reserved for customers who present the coupon upon arrival.
2. In case the coupon is not presented, the customer must pay the examination fee as stated.
3. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The coupon is valid only for the specified examination and cannot be altered.
5. This package is for outpatients who are physically dependent.
6. This package excludes doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.
7. This package does not cover additional treatment or medication prescribed by the doctor.
8. Please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance.
9.For further information or to make an appointment, please contact International Medical Services at 02-310-3256,
02-755-1256 (operating hours: 07:00-15:00) or the Contact Center at 1719.
10.Services can be received at International Medical Services, 4th Floor, Building R, Bangkok Hospital (Soi Soonvijai), every day from 7:00 to 15:00.
11. The price is applicable to both Thai nationals and expatriates.
Expiration Date of E-Coupon:
1. The E-Coupon is valid until March 31, 2026.
2. If the E-Coupon expires, the hospital reserves the right to deny service access, and the E-Coupon cannot be extended or refunded.
3.This package can be ordered until December 14, 2025.
Note:
1. In cases that customers request to cancel an order for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund or cancel the product at its discretion.
2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discount.
3. After completing the purchase, customers will receive an online receipt only. If a physical receipt is required on the day of the visit, it can be requested from the cashier.
