หากลูกค้าต้องการใบกำกับภาษี กรุณาทำตามขั้นตอนดังนี้:
✅ หลังจากได้รับสินค้าและตรวจสอบเรียบร้อยแล้ว
✅ ติดต่อร้านค้าผ่านช่องทางแชท พร้อมแจ้งขอใบกำกับภาษี
✅ ลงทะเบียนกรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน ภายใน 5 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า
⚠ หากเกินระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ออกใบกำกับภาษีทุกกรณี

If you require a tax invoice, please follow these steps:

✅ Contact our store via chat and request a tax invoice,
✅ Complete the registration and provide the necessary information within 5 days of receiving the product.
⚠ If the request is made after the deadline, we will not be able to issue a tax invoice under any circumstances.

🔹Please record a video from the start of opening the parcel, and ensure that the video is not paused or edited.
❌ We do not accept any damage or missing item claims without video proof.

📦 กรณีสินค้ามีตำหนิ / หน้าจอแตก / ตัวเครื่องบุบ / เสียหาย
🔹ต้องแจ้งให้ร้านค้าทราบ ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง นับจากสถานะ "ส่งสำเร็จ" ในระบบ
🔹ห้ามเปิดใช้งานสินค้า หรือแอคทิเวทเครื่อง ในทุกกรณี
🔹ต้องมีวิดีโอบันทึกขณะแกะกล่องสินค้า และถ่ายภาพความเสียหายที่ชัดเจน
⚠ หากไม่มีหลักฐานตามเงื่อนไขข้างต้น หรือหากสินค้าได้ถูกเปิดใช้งานหรือแอคทิเวทแล้ว ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเคลมสินค้า หรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ทุกกรณี

📦 In Case of Product Defects / Screen Damage / Dents / Other Damages
🔹 You must notify us within 24 hours from the "delivered" status in the system.
🔹Do not activate or use the product under any circumstances.
🔹You must provide a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damage.
⚠ If there is no proof as required above, or if the product has been activated/used, we reserve the right to deny any claims or exchanges.
