🧱 ขั้นตอนการใช้งาน (ซ่อมรอยร้าว / รอยแตก / พื้นผิวเสียหาย)

① เตรียมพื้นผิว
• ขัดบริเวณที่จะซ่อมด้วยกระดาษทราย
• ทำความสะอาดคราบฝุ่น/ไขมัน/น้ำมัน
• ให้พื้นผิวแห้งสนิทก่อนเริ่ม

② ตัดผ้าไฟเบอร์กลาส
• ตัดผ้าให้พอดีกับบริเวณที่จะซ่อม
• หากต้องการความแข็งแรงเพิ่ม ให้เตรียม 2–3 ชั้น

③ ผสมเรซิ่น + ตัวเร่ง

อัตราส่วนผสม (โดยประมาณ):
• เรซิ่น 100 กรัม + ตัวเร่ง 1–2 มล.
(หากอุณหภูมิร้อน จัดลดตัวเร่งลงเล็กน้อย)

🔴 ผสมแล้วควรใช้งานภายใน 10–15 นาที

ขั้นตอน:
1. เทเรซิ่นลงถ้วยผสม
2. เติมตัวเร่งลงไป
3. ใช้ไม้คนให้เข้ากันอย่างทั่วถึง

④ ลงงานซ่อม
1. ทาเรซิ่นชั้นแรกบาง ๆ บนพื้นผิว
2. วางผ้าไฟเบอร์กลาสทับ
3. ทาเรซิ่นทับบนผ้าให้ชุ่มด้วยแปรง
4. หากใช้หลายชั้น ให้ทาชั้นต่อเมื่อชั้นก่อนเริ่มแข็งเล็กน้อย (~10 นาที)
5. ปล่อยให้แห้ง 4–6 ชั่วโมง
6. ขัดผิวเรียบได้เมื่อแข็งตัวเต็มที่

• ล้างแปรงด้วยทินเนอร์ (หากต้องการนำกลับมาใช้ซ้ำ)

🔧 Kit Contents:

• Polyester Resin: 1 kg

• MEKP Hardener: (Small bottle)

• Fiberglass Mat: 1 sq.m.

• CleanPro Cleaning Solution

• Mixing Cup + Stirring Stick

• Application Brush

• Protective Gloves

✅ Safety Precautions

• Always wear gloves and a mask before mixing.

• Use in a well-ventilated area.

• Store resin and hardener away from direct sunlight and children.

🧱 Application Steps (For repairing cracks, fractures, or surface damage)

① Surface Preparation

• Sand the repair area thoroughly with sandpaper.

• Clean off all dust, grease, and oil.

• Ensure the surface is completely dry before starting.

② Cut the Fiberglass Mat

• Cut the mat to fit the size of the repair area.

• For extra strength, prepare 2–3 layers of matting.

③ Mixing Resin + Hardener

Mixing Ratio (Approximate):

• Resin 100g + Hardener 1–2 ml

(If the weather is very hot, slightly reduce the amount of hardener.)

🔴 Working Time: Once mixed, use within 10–15 minutes.

Instructions:

1. Pour the resin into the mixing cup.

2. Add the hardener.

3. Stir thoroughly with the stick until fully blended.

④ The Repair Process

1. Apply a thin layer of resin onto the surface.

2. Place the fiberglass mat over the area.

3. Dab the resin onto the mat with a brush until it is fully saturated (translucent).

4. If applying multiple layers, add the next layer once the previous one begins to stiffen (~10 minutes).

5. Allow to dry for 4–6 hours.

6. Once fully cured, sand the surface for a smooth finish.

🧼 Post-Application

• Clean the brush with thinner immediately if you wish to reuse it.

• Seal all containers tightly.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.

• Don't mix too much at once: It’s better to work in small batches.

• Strength vs. Flexibility: Thick mats provide strength, while thinner mats are easier to wrap around curves.

• You can apply additional layers later if the initial repair needs more reinforcement.
