วิธีการ Reset BMS
การต่อ BMS เสร็จแล้ว วัดไฟ ไม่ออกที่ P+ กับ P-(C-)
อาจเกิดจากหลายสาเหตุ เช่น ไฟเกิน, ไฟต่ำ, ลัดวงจร, ต่อไฟผิดขั้ว, สายไฟขาดใน และอื่นๆ ทำให้ BMS ตัดการจ่ายไฟออก ไม่ต้องกังวล แสดงว่า BMS ทำงานได้ดี
ให้ทำการ reset BMS โดยเอา สายไฟหรือตัวนำอะไรก็ได้ (คลิปหนีบกระดาษ) ไปแตะที่จุด B- กับ P-(C-) ชั่วขณะ ประมาณ 1-2 วินาที จากนั้นเอาออก
แล้ววัดไฟ P+ กับ P- ว่ามีไฟออกหรือยัง
ถ้ายังไม่มีให้ ปลดไฟออกที่ B+ กับ B- ออก แล้วใส่กลับเข้าไปใหม่
แล้ว ทำ reset ตามขั้นตอนแรกอีกครั้งนีง ส่วนใหม่ก็กลับมาแล้วนะ
แต่ถ้ายังไม่มา รบกวนโทรกลับมาถามที่ร้าน เพื่อตรวจสอบวิธีการและขั้นตอนอื่นเพิ่มเติมค่ะ
กรณีเข้าไม่ถึงบอร์ด BMS (อยู่ในกล่องปิดฝาหยอดกาวไว้แน่นหนา)
การต่อไฟเข้าไปที่จุด P+ กับ P- ก็สามารถทำได้ (เท่าแรงดันที่ใช้ชาร์จ ตาม S ของ BMS ที่ใช้)
1. ปลดโหลดออก แล้วป้อนไฟชาร์จเข้าไป ที่ P+ กลับ P- เมื่อ BMS เช็คตัวมันเอง ว่าทุกอย่างมาปกติ วงจรไม่มีการลัดวงจร ไฟ B-,B1-B4 มาปกติ
จากนั้น BMS ก็จะ Activate ใหม่ เหมือน Reset ตัวมันเองไป (แต่ก็ไม่ 100% นะ ไม่เหมือนทำ Force reset) ถ้าไม่ได้ก็ต้องเปิดฝากล่อง ทำ Hard Reset ตามขั้นตอนที่ได้กล่าวไว้ข้างบน

วิธีการ Reset BMS
