The customer is responsible for ensuring proper acclimation of the plantlets. If you have any questions about the process, we are willing to help. However, Newyear Garden Lab is not responsible if any plantlets fail to survive. By purchasing this product, you agree to these terms.

2. Ensure you have the necessary planting medium and materials prepared for successful growth before purchasing.

4. Please be aware that the plant may not survive under certain conditions.
The shop will select a plantlet for you and send you a picture of the plantlet 1 to 2 days before delivery for you to confirm. However, if you'd like to select the plantlet, please feel free to send us a message to make that request.

Remarks: If the delivered plantlets exhibit signs of bacteria or fungus, they can still be successfully grown. However, please plant them within 7 days of detecting the issue.
