เงื่อนไขในการเคลมสินค้า
1.เมื่อได้รับสินค้าแล้วควรแกะกล่องเช็คสินค้าภายในวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
2.ก่อนเปิดกล่องสินค้า ลูกค้าต้องถ่ายคลิปวิดีโอให้เห็นใบปะหน้ากล่องที่มีเลขคำสั่งซื้อ ชื่อลูกค้า กล่องสินค้าทุกมุม และสินค้าข้างในโดยไม่ตัดต่อ
3. เมื่อได้รับสินค้ามีปัญหา สินค้าชำรุด ได้รับสินค้าผิด สินค้าแตกหัก หรือสินค้าใช้งานไม่ได้ในครั้งแรก ต้องแจ้งปัญหากับแอดมิน ภายใน 7 วัน (นับจากวันที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า)
4. การส่งเคลม หรือคืนสินค้า ลูกค้าจะต้องส่งคืนสินค้าในสภาพเดิมที่ยังไม่เกิดการประกอบ หรือการใช้งาน
5.ไม่รับเปลี่ยน หรือคืนสินค้าที่เกิดจากความไม่พอใจ หรือการสั่งซื้อที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของลูกค้า

Conditions for claiming products

2. Before opening the product box, the customer must take a video clip to show the cover page of the box with the order number, customer name, all angles of the product box and the product inside without editing.
3. When receiving the product, there is a problem, the product is damaged, the wrong product is received, the product is broken or the product does not work for the first time. You must notify the admin within 7 days (from the date the customer receives the product).
4. Sending a claim or returning the product The customer must return the product in the original condition that has not been assembled or used.
5. Do not accept exchanges or returns due to dissatisfaction or orders caused by customer errors.
