เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มา Trichoderma ชนิดน้ำ ขนาด1ลิตร ยับยั้งและทำลายเชื้อราสาเหตุโรคพืช

เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มา (Trichoderma spp.) เป็นเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ปฏิปักษ์หรือเป็นศัตรูต่อเชื้อราโรคพืชหลายชนิด มีสีเขียว เจริญเติบโตได้ดีในดิน บนเศษซากพืช ซากสิ่งมีชีวิต และซากอินทรีย์วัตถุตามธรรมชาติ ชอบสภาพดินที่ชื้นแต่ไม่แฉะ สามารถเป็นปรสิต (Parasite) โดยการพันรัด เส้นใยเชื้อราสาเหตุโรคพืชแล้วสร้างเอนไซม์ เช่น ไคติเนส (chitinase) เบต้า-1,3 กลูคาเนส (β-1,3glucanase) และเซลลูเลส (cellulose) ย่อยสลายผนังเส้นใยของเชื้อโรคพืช จากนั้นจึงแทงเส้นใยเข้าไปเจริญอยู่ภายในเส้นใยโรคพืช ทำให้สูญเสียความมีชีวิตลง ช่วยป้องกันโรคในส่วนบนของต้นพืช เช่น โรคแอนแทรคโนสหรือโรคกุ้งแห้งในพริก หรือรวมทั้งฉีดพ่นหรือราดลงดิน

วิธีการใช้งาน
1. อัตราส่วนผสม ปริมาณการใช้ 1 ลิตร ต่อน้ำ 200-400 ลิตร ผสมกับสารจับใบ 25-50 CC ฉีดพ่นทางใบและทุกส่วนของ้ตนพืช หรือตรงที่เป็นเชื้อราโรคพืช โดยให้สัมผัสโรค
2. ในกรณีพืชผักที่ปลูกด้วยระบบไฮโดรโพนิกส์ ใช้เชื้อสดผสมในน้ำอัตรา 1 ลิตร ต่อสารละลายธาตุอาหาร 2000 ลิตร เติมเชื้อใส่ในระบบปลูกทุกๆ 5- 7 วัน หรือทุกครั้งที่เปลี่ยนสารละลายธาตุอาหาร

เคล็ดไม่ลับสำหรับการใช้งาน
1.ในพื้นที่ปลูกพืชเป็นประจำหรือพืชยืนต้น ควรใช้เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มาปีละ 2 ครั้ง หรือทุก ๆ 6 เดือน เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มปริมาณเชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มาในดิน ให้มีอยู่ตลอดไป
2.ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดเชื้อราในพื้นที่ใช้เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มา ในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็น ควรเว้นระยะเวลาใช้ให้ห่างกันอย่างน้อย 7 – 10 วัน
3.การใช้เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มาลงในดิน หรือแปลงปลูก ควรใช้ในช่วงเวลาที่มีแดดอ่อนในตอนเย็น
4.เพื่อให้การใช้ เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มามีประสิทธิภาพดียิ่งขึ้นควรปรับระดับความเป็นกรด - ด่างของดินให้อยู่ระหว่าง 5.5 – 6.5
