**Customers must record photos and videos while unboxing the product for warranty claims**
1️⃣ Warranty applies only when the chain and sprockets are replaced together.
2️⃣ Warranty period: 20,000 km (Customers must provide photos and videos showing the date, chain & sprockets, and the vehicle odometer before installation as proof)
3️⃣ If the product is modified, altered, or resized, the warranty will be void immediately.
In case of incorrect model orders
4️⃣ If the wrong model is ordered, but the product has not been opened or installed, the shop will exchange it if the correct model is available in stock (If unsure, please consult in chat before ordering.)
5️⃣ If the shop sends shop sends the wrong product different from the ordered item, the shop will replace it and cover all shipping costs.
6️⃣ Claim Process: A video of the product before opening and the reason for replacement must be provided (The company will only replace the product)
