Sky Series
เราใช้เมล็ดกาแฟดิบ Arabica 100% (Washed Process Coffee Bean) จากแหล่งปลูกบนดอยสูง ของตำบลเทพเสด็จ จ.เชียงใหม่ (Single Origin) มาคั่วให้ได้กาแฟที่มีกลิ่นหอมมีเอกลักษณ์ มีรสชาติของกาแฟครบในทุกมิติ เราบรรจงรังสรรค์หาโปรไฟล์ในการคั่วกาแฟของเราให้ได้รสชาติที่ลงตัว ออกมาเป็น Sky Series ให้มี 'รสชาติหอมอร่อยเหมือนดังความสวยงามของท้องฟ้า' เหมาะสำหรับนำไปชงดื่มได้ในทุกรูปแบบและทุกโอกาส เช่น เครื่องชงเอสเพรสโซ่, Drip, Moka Pot, French Press, Aero Press, Cold Brew Dripper เป็นต้น โดยเรามีระดับการคั่วให้เลือกมากถึง 4 ระดับ คือ

'Early Light' | ระดับคั่วอ่อน
รสชาติไม่เข้มมาก สัมผัสได้ถึงความเปรี้ยวแบบฟรุ๊ตตี้ แต่ยังคงมีความเข้นข้นของเนื้อกาแฟ เหมือนท้องฟ้ายามพระอาทิตย์แรกขึ้น ที่เริ่มมีแสงสว่างให้เห็น แต่ก็ยังคงมีความมืดอยู่ด้วยเช่นกัน

'Twilight' | ระดับคั่วกลาง
รสชาติเข้มปานกลาง สามารถสัมผัสได้ถึงรสชาติหลากหลายของกาแฟ มีความเปรี้ยวอ่อนๆพร้อมกลิ่นคั่วจางๆ เหมือนท้องฟ้ายามพระอาทิตย์ตก ที่ฟ้าเริ่มมืดครึ้มแต่ยังคงมีแสงสีสวยๆของท้องฟ้าให้เห็นไปพร้อมกัน

'Starry Night' | ระดับคั่วเข้ม
รสชาติเข้ม แต่ยังไม่ถึงกับขม มีความหวานหอมเข้ม เหมือนท้องฟ้ายามค่ำคืน ที่แม้ท้องฟ้าจะมืดมิด แต่ยังคงมีแสงดาวระยิบระยับให้เห็นในบางช่วงเวลา

'Dark Midnight' | ระดับคั่วเข้มมาก
รสชาติเข้มมาก ขมไหม้เล็กน้อย เนื้อกาแฟกลมหนา แม้จะไม่มีมิติของรสชาติกาแฟมากแต่ก็มีความสุขที่ได้ดื่ม เหมือนท้องฟ้ามืดมิดยามเที่ยงคืน แม้จะมองไม่เห็นแต่ก็สัมผัสได้ถึงบรรยากาศอันสวยงาม

* กาแฟเทพเสด็จ (Thepsadej Coffee) เป็นกาแฟอาราบิก้าที่มีกลิ่นหอมที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว ซึ่งทางกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาได้ประกาศขึ้นทะเบียนสิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ (GI - Geographical Indication) ตั้งแต่ปี พ,ศ, 2560 เนื่องจากกาแฟเทพเสด็จได้พัฒนาพันธุ์มาจากกาแฟอาราบิก้าสายพันธุ์คาติมอร์ คาทูรา และคาทุย ที่ถูกปลูกร่วมกับต้นไม้ป่าและสวนชา(เมี่ยง)บนดอยที่มีระดับความสูงเฉลี่ย 1,100-1,600 เมตรเหนือระดับน้ำทะเลปานกลาง ในพื้นที่ตำบลเทพเสด็จ อำเภอดอยสะเก็ด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Our Arabica coffee bean derived from Tambon Thepsadej* which is located in the high mountain area of Chiangmai. We chose this single origin washed process bean to roast in our multi-tested profiles to get the best fragrant and flavor for our coffees. Now, we are proud to present you our “Sky Series” coffees, as if the feeling of “Scented and Savory Taste of Beautiful Sky.” The “Sky Series” coffees are suited to many kinds of coffee making, (e.g. Espresso Machine, Pour Over, Moka Pot, French Press, Aero Press, Cold Brew Dripper etc.) We have 4 roast profiles for your choice:

'Early Light' | Light Roast
you may feel the mild fruity acidic flavor, but with body in the liquid, like the shining of dawn sky.

'Twilight' | Medium Roast
you may feel the medium body and balance flavor of the coffee filled with mild acidic and hint of cocoa bitterness, like sun set among the last colorful sky.

'Starry Night' | Dark Roast
you can feel the coffee in full body, but not bitter, various aromas with hint of sweetness, like the dark sky full of bright stars.

'Dark Midnight' | Dark+ Roast
you can feel the completely full and round body coffee with hint of burnt, although less in multi flavor, but much more happiness when drink, like the atmosphere of joyful dark midnight sky.

* Thepsadej Coffee is the Arabica coffee of Catimor, Caturra and Catuai varieties that shows the identity prominent aroma. It has been registered by The Department of Intellectual Property of Thailand as the Geographical Indications : GI product since 2017 as they were planted in the jungle’s shade and in between the plantation of Miang (a kind of tea plant) in the mountainous areas at the altitude of 1,100 – 1,600 m (MSL) in Tambon Thepsadej, Doi Saket, Chiangmai, Thailand.
