ฮาร์ดบอร์ด (hardboard) หรือแผ่นใยไม้อัดแข็ง เป็นไม้วิศวกรรมประเภทหนึ่ง มีลักษณะคล้ายกับไม้เอ็มดีเอฟ แต่มีความหนาแน่นและความแข็งแรงสูงกว่า โดยผ่านกระบวนการขึ้นรูปเป็นแผ่นด้วยน้ำแล้วอัดด้วยความร้อนและแรงดันสูง โดยไม่ใช้กาวเป็นประสานปราศจากสารฟอร์มัลดีไฮด์
