🌱Test note : Wakamurasaki opens with subtle astringency, which turns into a pleasant juiciness on the tongue, followed by a smokiness comparable to Khanom Ping.
Green notes of fresh-cut grass, cooked asparagus, artichokes, and edame paired with mineral notes and a lingering fruitiness of fresh raspberries make this matcha very interesting.
Its nutty flavors of walnuts combined with salty sea notes of Nori
finish this interesting Matcha.
