หลังจากได้รับสินค้า ลูกค้าต้องส่ง วิดีโอเปิดกล่อง​ เพื่อพิสูจน์ว่าสินค้าได้รับความเสียหายจากการขนส่ง หรือสินค้ามีปัญหาจากโรงงาน
แจ้งรายละเอียดการรับสินค้าของตัวเองไปยังฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของร้าน:

กรณีที่ไม่ได้รับการรับประกันฟรี​
ในกรณีใดกรณีหนึ่งต่อไปนี้ ร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการรับประกันฟรี และอาจคิดค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมตามต้นทุนจริง หรือแนะนำให้ซ่อมแบบมีค่าใช้จ่าย:
ความเสียหายจากมนุษย์: รวมถึงการทำตก, การกดทับ, น้ำเข้าเครื่อง, โดนของเหลวกระเด็น, ใช้งานในสภาวะอุณหภูมิสูง/สนามแม่เหล็กแรง, ซ่อมหรือดัดแปลงเอง, หรือเปลือก/จอแตกจากรอยขีดข่วนภายนอก เป็นต้น
การซ่อมโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต: ความเสียหายซ้ำจากการซ่อมที่ไม่ได้ทำที่ศูนย์บริการหลังการขายของแบรนด์หรือผู้ให้บริการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย หรือใช้อุปกรณ์ที่ไม่ใช่ของแท้
เหตุสุดวิสัย: ความเสียหายจากภัยธรรมชาติ เช่น ไฟไหม้, แผ่นดินไหว, น้ำท่วม, ฟ้าผ่า หรือเหตุการณ์ที่ควบคุมไม่ได้ เช่น สงคราม, การกระทำของรัฐบาล
ไม่ใช้ตามคู่มือ: เช่น การชาร์จเกินขีดจำกัด (ใช้ที่ชาร์จเร็วที่ไม่ใช่ของแท้จนทำให้เมนบอร์ดไหม้), ติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ที่ไม่เป็นทางการจนทำให้ระบบล่ม, หรือใช้งานหนักต่อเนื่องเป็นเวลานาน (เช่น ใช้สำหรับขุดเหมือง)

Warranty Service Process​
After receiving the product, customers must provide an unboxing video​ to prove the damage was caused by logistics or the product itself had defects upon arrival.

Circumstances Not Covered by Free Warranty​
In any of the following cases, the store reserves the right to refuse free warranty service and may charge repair costs based on actual expenses or recommend paid repair:
Man-made damage: Including dropping, crushing, water ingress, liquid splashing, use in high-temperature/strong magnetic environments, self-disassembly/modification, or shell/screen breakage caused by external scratches, etc.;
Unauthorized repair: Secondary damage caused by repairs not performed at the brand’s official after-sales service center or designated service provider, or use of non-original accessories;
Force majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike, or force majeure events such as war or government actions;
Non-compliance with instructions: Such as over-specification charging (e.g., using a non-original fast charger leading to motherboard burnout), installing unofficial software causing system crashes, or long-term high-load operation (e.g., mining use);
Missing proof of purchase: Unable to provide valid proof of purchase (invoice, electronic order record, warranty card, etc.) or inconsistency between proof information and the product;
Exceeding warranty period: The product has exceeded the warranty period agreed in this statement.、
