Ceremonial Chocolate Bar

Skugga's ceremonial chocolates are all produced from unroasted highly quality cacao beans. They are single origin organic beans grown in Chiang Mai province in northern Thailand. The beans are exclusively an IM1 variety, developed for northern Thailand climate and couverture chocolate use.

This variety of cacao is significantly less bitter and more complex in flavor than the common cacao beans found throughout Thailand, making it ideal for raw cacao use.

Our Ceremonial and Dark Chocolate ranges are all vegan and none of the Skugga chocolate range contain any additives, preservatives, or colorings.
