This is a highly demanding plant that only reveals its full potential under specific conditions. It requires very high lighting, consistent and powerful CO2 injection, and regular fertilization. If any of these elements are lacking, especially light, Glosso will tend to grow upwards rather than spreading horizontally to form a carpet.
