วิธีชงชาดอกไม้/How to make a flower tea
ฉีกซองชาดอกไม้ที่ซีนไว้ 1 ห่อชา ต่อน้ำหนึ่งแก้วหรือ 200-250 มล.
หากชอบให้กลิ่นหอมเข้มข้นสามารถใช้2ห่อได้ค่ะ
เทน้ำให้ท่วมดอกไม้และค่อยๆรินน้ำทิ้งทันทีเพื่อเป็นการกระตุ้นดอกไม้ให้ตื่นตัว
จากนั้นรินน้ำร้อนที่เดือดลงบนดอกไม้เบาๆปิดฝาพักไว้ 1-2 นาทีก่อนดื่ม
สามารถรินน้ำเติมซ้ำได้จนกว่ากลิ่นหอมจะเจือจางแต่ไม่ควรทานข้ามวัน
ไม่ควรนำไปต้มหรือใส่ไมโครเวฟเพราะอาจทำให้ถุงกรองชาเกิดแรงดันและปริแตกได้
