ปุ่มที่ไม่มีให้เลือก หรือหมด ทักมาถามทางร้านได้เลยนะคะ บางปุ่มที่อะไหล่เข้ามาน้อย ๆ อย่าง Backspace หรือ Enter 2.25U แม่ค้าจะไม่เติมสต็อก กันลูกค้ากดเข้ามาพร้อมกันค่า

── ʕ•ᴥ•ʔっ♡ คำแนะนำการสั่งสินค้า ♡
☆ โปรดเช็คคียบอร์ดของท่าน ก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ คีย์บอร์ดที่นำคีย์แคปของที่ร้านเราไปใส่ได้ต้องเป็น Mechanical Keyboard แบบปกติ (ไม่ใช่ Low Profile) เท่านั้น
☆ เรามีโปรไฟล์คีย์แคป 2 แบบให้เลือก โดยปกติจะเป็น OEM Profile กับอีกแบบเป็น XDA Profile (ราคาบวกเพิ่มจาก OEM ปกติ)
☆ หากต้องการ ปุ่ม ลูกศร, PGUP, PGDN, Home, End, หรือปุ่มอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ได้อยู่แถวบนสุดของคีย์บอร์ด กรุณาเลือกตัวเลือก "แจ้งปุ่มทางแชท (1U)" เมื่อกดสั่งซื้อแล้ว แชทแจ้งทางร้านยกตัวอย่าง why not? ลูกศรขึ้น, WTF! ลูกศรลง
☆ หากต้องการเปลี่ยนสีพื้นหลัง กรุณาแชทบอกทางร้าน (ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย)
☆ หลังชำระ หากปุ่มที่สั่งมา หมดสต็อก ทางร้านจะทักแชท เพื่อเสนอทางเลือกให้ หากลูกค้า ไม่ตอบแชทจนสิ้นสุดวันจัดส่ง ทางร้านจะขอยกเลิกออเดอร์นั้น ๆ

☆ คีย์แคปของที่ร้านไฟไม่ลอดคีย์แคป
☆ ตัวคีย์แคปจะสูงกว่าคีย์แคปปกติประมาณ 2-3 มิล (จากการเคลือบ)
☆ สินค้าใช้เวลาทำ 1-2 วัน ไม่รวมจัดส่ง
☆ วัสดุคีย์แคปที่ใช้ PBT (XDA) และ ABS (OEM) Keycaps
☆ ไม่รับทำปุ่ม Spacebar
☆ ไม่รับทำงานวาดตามสั่ง
☆ สีที่ใช้เป็นสีอะคลิลิก สีเจล และสีเพ้นท์
☆ การเคลือบใช้ UV hard เจล และยูวีเรซิ่น
☆ สินค้าแฮนด์เมด บางชิ้นงานอาจมีตำหนิบ้าง ขอให้ลูกค้าทำความเข้าใจสินค้าก่อนสั่งซื้อนะคะ

── ʕ•ᴥ•ʔっ♡ สำคัญมาก ต้องอ่าน ♡
☆ คีย์แคปของที่ร้านเป็นงานเพ้น/งานปั้นทำมือ และเป็นงาน made to order ไม่มีสต็อกสินค้า เพราะฉะนั้นรูปปกสินค้า อาจเป็นรูปที่แม่ค้าทำนานมาแล้ว (จะพยายามอัพเดตบ่อยๆ) ลายเส้น อาจมีความเปลี่ยนแปลงจากปัจจุบันไปบ้าง ขอคนเข้าใจน้า
☆ keycap แต่ละตัวจะเป็นงานเฉพาะตัว (วาดทุกครั้ง ไม่เหมือนกันแน่นอน ไม่มีโมล) สีบางสีเป็นสีที่ผสมใหม่ เฉพาะตอนทำออเดอร์นั้น ๆ เพราะฉะนั้นสีจะมีความแตกต่างกับรูปปกสินค้า ยกเว้นบางสี ที่เป็นสีจากขวด
☆ หากพบปัญหา เช่น ของไม่ครบ ไม่ตรงตามที่สั่ง ของเสียหาย ทักมาคุยกับแม่ค้าได้นะคะ แม่ค้าเป็นคนคุยง่ายจริงๆ ยินดีแก้ปัญหาให้แน่นอน (ถ้ามาทรงไม่คุยกันเลย รีวิววีน แม่ค้าทักไปไม่ตอบ ขออนุญาตบล็อก ใจเขาใจเราน้า)
☆ หากพัสดุที่่ส่งไปเสียหายจากการขนส่ง อย่าพึ่งกดรับสินค้า ให้ถ่ายวีดีโอ สภาพพัสดุ ตอนแกะพัสดุเพื่อเช็คสินค้าด้านใน หากสินค้าเสียหาย ส่งหลักฐานมาได้เลย (แม่ค้ารับผิดชอบ เปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินให้เลยน้า แต่แม่ค้าขอวีดีโอ/ภาพ เพื่อไปเคลมกับขนส่งต่อ)
☆ สั่งผิดปุ่ม สั่งไปแล้วใส่ไม่ได้ ไม่รับเปลี่ยน หรือ รีฟัน เนื่องจากแม่ค้าไม่สามารถนำไปขายใครต่อได้อีก

If a key is not listed or appears out of stock, feel free to message the shop. Some keys like Backspace or Enter 2.25U are limited in supply and won’t be restocked to avoid multiple customers ordering at once.

☆ Please check your keyboard before ordering. Our keycaps are compatible only with standard Mechanical Keyboards (not Low Profile).
☆ We offer 2 keycap profiles: OEM (default) and XDA (additional charge applies).
☆ If you want keys like arrows, PGUP, PGDN, Home, End, or other non-top-row keys, please select the option “Chat to specify key (1U)” and message us after ordering. For example: “why not? ↑ arrow”, “WTF! ↓ arrow”.
☆ If you’d like to change the background color, just message us (no extra charge).
☆ After payment, if your selected key is out of stock, we’ll message you with alternatives. If there’s no reply by the shipping deadline, we’ll cancel the order.
☆ If you want custom text added to the keycap, please message us (extra charge applies).

☆ Our keycaps do not allow light to pass through.
☆ Keycaps are 2–3 mm taller than standard due to coating.
☆ Production time is 1–2 days (excluding shipping).
☆ Materials used: PBT (XDA) and ABS (OEM).
☆ We do not make Spacebar keys.
☆ We do not accept custom drawing requests.
☆ Paints used include acrylic, gel, and hand-painted colors.
☆ Coating is done with UV hard gel and UV resin.
☆ These are handmade items. Minor imperfections may occur. Please understand before ordering.

☆ Our keycaps are hand-painted/sculpted and made to order. There is no ready stock. Product photos may be from older batches (we try to update often). Designs may vary slightly from current versions.
☆ Each keycap is unique (hand-painted every time, no molds). Some colors are custom-mixed for each order, so they may differ from the product photo—except for bottled colors.
☆ If you encounter issues like missing items, incorrect keys, or damage, please contact us.
☆ If your package is damaged during shipping, please do not confirm receipt yet. Record a video while opening the package to check the item. If damaged, send us the evidence—we’ll take responsibility and offer a replacement or refund.
